Effective 28 July 2026.
PJA Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”) operates pjasolutionsllc.com. This page explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to get it removed. It is written to describe what the site actually does rather than to cover every possibility.
Who we are
PJA Solutions LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. You can reach us at patrick@pjasolutionsllc.com.
What we collect
When you send us a message. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, organization, the reason you are contacting us, and a description of what you would like help with. We also record the date and time of the submission and technical details about the request, such as your IP address and browser, which our form software stores alongside it.
When you book a call. Booking uses a Google Calendar appointment schedule embedded in our contact page. When you book, your name, email address, organization and answers go directly to Google and into our Google Calendar. Google processes that booking under its own privacy policy, not this one.
When you simply visit. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies on visitors, and this site sets no cookies at all unless you log in as a site administrator.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare for and hold the call you asked for, and keep records of business enquiries. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Who else sees it
We keep the number of parties small and use each for one purpose:
- Hostinger — hosts this website and its database, where form submissions are stored.
- Google Workspace — carries the notification email we receive and the confirmation email we send you.
- Google Calendar — runs the booking widget and holds the appointment details.
- Google Fonts — the site loads typefaces from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Advertising and measurement
When we run advertising campaigns, the advertising platform may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure whether an ad led to an enquiry. This is aggregate campaign measurement; it is not used to build a profile of you and it is not combined with what you tell us on a call. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, we keep the correspondence for as long as we have a business relationship and then for the period our accounting and tax obligations require. Calendar entries stay in our calendar history.
Your choices
Email patrick@pjasolutionsllc.com and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it, and we will confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect how we deal with you. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law; we will honour those requests the same way.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to the database and mailbox is restricted. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the effective date above.
