One workflow, end to end, in production. The manual tracking, the copy-paste between systems, the report somebody rebuilds every Monday — automated, documented, and handed off so your team owns it outright, with ongoing support afterwards if you want it.

What a build is

A workflow is one path work takes from start to finish: an order becomes a job, a job becomes a shipment, a shipment becomes an invoice. We take a single one of those paths and make the machine do the parts a person is doing by hand today — the moving of data between systems, the watching for a status to change, the assembling of the same report every week.

We scope it to one workflow on purpose. A named, bounded piece of work ships in weeks and pays for itself before you commit to the next one. Everything else you spotted along the way goes on the list for later, not into this build.

What it typically replaces

Re-keying the same numbers from one system into a spreadsheet and back
A person watching an inbox or a queue so they can forward the next step
The Monday report rebuilt by hand from three exports
Status updates — “is it ready yet?” — that interrupt the actual work
Chasing approvals, quotes, or paperwork that stalls with no one noticing

A handoff walkthrough so your team can run and change it themselves

Built on Power Automate, Python, or a workflow platform — whichever fits what you already run. We build on your stack rather than adding a tool you’ll have to maintain and relicense.

Not included: anything outside the one workflow named in the scope document. Additions go through a written change order you approve first — so the price in the scope is the price you pay. Ongoing support after handover is a separate line, not part of the build price.

After it ships

You own it, and the documentation is there so your team can run it. If you would rather we kept it running — monitoring, fixes, credential and dependency upkeep, and someone to call when something breaks — that is a fixed monthly rate, quoted alongside the build. It is optional, and declining it does not change what you own.

How it runs

Most builds start from an Operations & Data Audit, so the workflow we automate is one we’ve already traced and priced. If you already know exactly which process to fix, we can scope a build directly from a 20-minute call. Either way you sign a one-page scope — deliverables, timeline, revision limit, a fixed price, exclusions — not an open-ended agreement.
