The problem it solves

Most operational reports are a person and a spreadsheet. Someone pulls three exports on Monday, pastes them together, fixes the same two errors they fix every week, and emails a picture that’s already a few days stale. The number that drives a decision is only as fresh as the last time that person had an hour. A dashboard wired to the source removes the person from the loop — the report is current because it reads the data directly, every time you open it.

Built on Power BI if your data lives in the Microsoft stack, or a web dashboard if it doesn’t. Either way it reads from the systems you already run — your core software, the databases, the spreadsheets — rather than asking anyone to feed it by hand.

Not included: data cleanup beyond what the named sources require, and new source-system integrations not in the scope document. If a number you want lives somewhere nothing currently reads, that’s a named, separately-scoped addition — not a surprise on the invoice.

How it starts

A dashboard is only as good as the data underneath it, so these usually begin with an Operations & Data Audit or a short scoping conversation to confirm the source systems are reliable enough to build on. If they are, we scope the build to a fixed price and timeline. If they aren’t, the audit tells you what to fix first — and we say so before you spend a dollar on the build.
